نبذه عن الكتاب: Introduction There was once a very famous Aikido player in Japan who spent his whole life studying Usheba's legendary art. Although he had dedicated his whole existence to this beautiful art he had never actually had occasion to test it in a real life situation against a determined attacker, someone intent on hurting him. Being a moralistic kind of person he realised that it would be very bad karma to actually go out and pick a fight just to test his art so he was forced to wait until a suitable occasion presented itself. Naively, he longed for the day when he was attacked so that he could prove to himself that Aikido was powerful outside of the controlled walls of the dojo. The more he trained, the more his obsession for validation grew until one day, travelling home from work on a local commuter train, a potential situation did present itself -an overtly drunk and aggressive man boarded his train and almost immediately started verbally abusing the other passengers. 'This is it,' the Aikido man thought to himself, 'this is my chance to test my art.' He sat waiting for the abusive passenger to reach him. It was inevitable that he would: he was making his way down the carriage abusing everyone in his path. The drunk got closer and closer to the Aikido man, and the closer he got the louder and more aggressive he became. Most of the other passengers recoiled in fear of being attacked by the drunk. However, the Aikido man couldn't wait for his turn, so that he could prove to himself and everyone else, the effectiveness of his art. The drunk got closer and louder. The Aikido man made ready for the seemingly inevitable assault -he readied himself for a bloody encounter.

عناصر اللياقة البدنية المرتبطة بالأداء الحركي

القوة العضلية: وهي القدرة على بذل أقصى طاقة ممكنة للعضلة العوامل المؤثرة فيها حجم العضلة و عدد الألياف العضلية ومطاطية العضلات و نوع الألياف العضلية والعوامل النفسية.
السرعة: وهي أداء أي نشاط بدني في أقصر وقت ممكن العوامل المؤثرة فيها نوع الألياف العضلية والتوافق العضلي العصبي والقوة العضلية ومطاطية العضلة وقوة الإرادة.
المرونة: وهي قدرة الفرد على أداء نشاط حركي في أوسع مدى تسمح له العضلة العوامل المؤثرة فيها قدرة مفاصل الجسم على الحركة الجيدة ومطاطية العضلات والتدريب المستمر والمنظم.
الرشاقة: وهي قدرة الفرد على تغيير اتجاه جسمه على الأرض أو الهواء في أقل زمن ممكن العوامل المؤثرة فيها سلامة الجهاز العصبي والقدرة العضلية ونوع النشاط البدني وسرعة الاستجابة.
التوازن: وهو القدرة على الاحتفاظ بالجسم من السقوط لأطول فترة ممكنة العوامل المؤثرة فيها سلامة الجسم العضوية قاعدة الاتزان وارتفاع مركز الثقل وخط الجاذبية الأرضية والعوامل النفسية.
التوافق العضلي العصبي: وهي قدرة الفرد على دمج مجموعة من الحركات في وقت واحد، والعوامل المؤثرة فيها التوافق العام وهي الحركات التي يؤديها الإنسان بشكل يومي، والتوافق الخاص وهي التي تتطلب تدريب على نوع معين من الحركات.

Fitness elements associated with motor performance

Muscle strength: It is the ability to exert the maximum possible energy for a muscle. Factors affecting it are muscle size, number of muscle fibers, muscle elasticity, type of muscle fibers, and psychological factors.
Speed: It is the performance of any physical activity in the shortest possible time. The factors affecting it are the type of muscle fibers, muscular nervous compatibility, muscle strength, muscle elasticity, and willpower.
Flexibility: It is the ability of the individual to perform a movement activity in the widest extent that the muscle allows the factors affecting it. The ability of the joints of the body to move well and stretch muscles and continuous and structured training.
Fitness: It is the ability of an individual to change the direction of his body on the ground or air in the least possible time. Factors affecting it are the integrity of the nervous system, muscular ability, type of physical activity and rapid response.
Balance: It is the ability to keep the body from falling for the longest possible period. Factors affecting it are the organisation's organic safety, balance base, height of center of gravity, gravitational line and psychological factors.
Neuromuscular compatibility: It is the ability of the individual to merge a group of movements at one time, and the factors affecting them are general compatibility, which are the movements that a person performs on a daily basis, and special agreement which requires training on a specific type of movement.
